I have been blessed to attend Keone’s 5 days LEVEL 1 Lomi Lomi Massage workshop which proved to be, beyond the integration of a beautiful practice, an incredible self discovery journey. I did do The lomi lomi level 1 session training with Keone. It was a pleasure to be initiated to the Hawaiian vision of life and spirituality. Keone explains and shares the knowledge with passion. He’s very attentive to all and gives to everyone the space to express questions or impressions. About the massage technics, we learn a real protocole but also how to be free of it and become more creative. How to incorporate also what we already know. Lomi Lomi is for me another way of caring on different level not only based on the physical aspect. It’s why learn it, open a very interesting way to explore cause with it you will not only help a body but a human being with those three different levels physic, mental and spiritual. Attending the massage course with Keone was a self-awareness journey on top of everything we learned about the Hawaiian massage. He made me realize that giving a massage is not all about the technique, but there is also a big energy exchange through the touch. Before each practice we always had a preparation that included Qi-gong and various forms of meditation. Giving this massage turned out to be as beneficial for the receiver as for me as the giver. There is something even "magical" about it through the breathing and the movements, it's like a dance.
I definitely recommend it, even if the goal is not to become a professional. helped me feel more connected to myself, to nature and to other.
Besides, Keone is a wonderful human being.

Hi everyone!
I just want to share my experience from the Lomi Lomi massage training course that I took with Keone. on the first days we learnt a lot of useful basic information to help us prepare for the practice.
I felt I was given all the right tools and even more as we were guided through amazing practices from qi gong, meditation and breathwork. Keone is very patient , has amazing listening skills and he's a great space holder.
He answered all our questions with happiness and shared all his heart with us ❤️🙏🏻
During the course he was checking with us what we need to focus on and asking if we need assistance giving us his full loving presence.
I personally really loved the experience of being thought by Keone on many levels and would love to continue learning with him as I'm feeling very much inspired .
